What areas do you service?

Do I need to be home during service?
Yes. We require that someone 18 years or older be present during the visit so we can access the necessary areas of the home and review any maintenance findings with you.

What services do you offer?
We offer home maintenance plans, smart home & tech installation, handyman & general repairs, and coordination of electrical and HVAC work through our trusted ROC-licensed partners. Visit our Services page for the full list.
What services are included in the maintenance plans?
Our plans include preventative services such as HVAC filter replacements, smoke/CO detector checks, visible plumbing leak checks, home safety walkthroughs, and more depending on the plan. Some services like air handler inspections and condenser coil rinse (Premium plan) are coordinated through our ROC-licensed partners. See the full breakdown on our Home Care Plans page.
Do you offer one-time services or only memberships?
Both! While many homeowners choose our Home Care Maintenance Plans for convenience and savings, we also offer one-time home maintenance and handyman services. Get a free quote to get started.
Do you offer recurring services?
Yes. Our Home Care Maintenance Plans are designed to keep your home running smoothly year-round with quarterly visits. Members receive scheduled maintenance and routine home care services that help prevent costly repairs and keep essential systems running efficiently.
Home Care Plans
How often are maintenance visits scheduled?
Every quarter (every 3 months). This keeps your systems in top shape year-round without you having to remember.
What happens during a HomeTech maintenance visit?
We perform a full system check: HVAC filter replacement (up to 3), safety checks (smoke/CO detectors), visible plumbing leaks, and more. Condenser coil cleaning (Premium plan) is coordinated through our ROC-licensed partners. You’ll get a digital report after each visit.
Is there an initial visit fee?
Yes, but it’s heavily discounted on the day you sign up: $79 for Essential, $109 for Plus, $139 for Premium. After that, you only pay the monthly membership fee.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime with no penalties — just give us 30 days notice.
Do members receive priority scheduling?
Yes. Plus and Premium members get priority scheduling and same-week service when possible. Essential members are scheduled normally.
What if nothing needs to be repaired?
That’s actually the goal! Our visits are preventative — we catch small issues before they become expensive repairs. You still get filter replacements, safety checks, and peace of mind every quarter.
Is a preventative maintenance membership really worth it?
Absolutely. Most homeowners pay $149+ for a single emergency call. With our plans you get quarterly visits, filter replacements, discounts, repair credits, and priority service — all for less than one emergency visit per year.
Licensing & Insurance
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. HomeTech USA is licensed at the city level and fully insured. For work that requires a state contractor’s license — such as electrical and HVAC repairs — we partner with trusted, ROC-licensed professionals to ensure every job is completed safely and up to code. We’ll always be upfront about what we handle directly and when we bring in a licensed partner.
What work requires a ROC-licensed partner?
Any work requiring a state contractor’s license — such as major electrical work, HVAC repairs and replacements, and major plumbing — is coordinated through our trusted ROC-licensed partners. Routine maintenance tasks like filter replacements, safety walkthroughs, and visible leak checks are performed directly by our team.
