Terms & Conditions
By using HomeTech USA services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. For questions, contact us at support@hometechusa.net.
Services & Availability
- All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
- HomeTech USA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a service appointment with reasonable notice.
- For work requiring a state contractor’s license (such as electrical or HVAC), services are performed by our trusted ROC-licensed partners.
Pricing & Payment
- Pricing may vary based on service scope, materials, and property conditions.
- Membership plan pricing is billed monthly. The first visit fee applies at signup and is separate from the monthly rate.
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Membership plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
Liability & Scope of Work
- HomeTech USA is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage outside the agreed scope of work.
- We are fully insured. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
- HomeTech USA is licensed at the city level. Work requiring a state contractor’s license is referred to and performed by ROC-licensed professionals.
Note: HomeTech USA acts as a coordinator for licensed contractor work. The ROC-licensed partner is responsible for the quality and compliance of any licensed trade work performed.
Home Access
- A person 18 years of age or older must be present during all service visits.
- You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to all areas of the home required for the service.
General
- These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
