2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, who own or reside in a home located within HomeTech USA's active service area, currently defined as:

• Murrieta, CA
• Temecula, CA
• Wildomar, CA
• Menifee, CA
• Lake Elsinore, CA
• Canyon Lake, CA
• Winchester, CA
• French Valley, CA
• Rainbow, CA
• De Luz, CA

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) of HomeTech USA are not eligible to enter. Entries from accounts outside the eligible service area will be disqualified from winning, even if all entry steps are completed.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on [START DATE] and ends on [END DATE] at 11:59 PM PT (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must, during the Entry Period:

• Follow @hometech.usa on Instagram
• Like the official giveaway post
• Comment on the giveaway post and tag at least 2 friends who live within the service area listed above

Each qualifying comment counts as one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of times a participant may enter, provided each entry tags different friends. Purchase does not increase chances of winning. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) complimentary Essential-tier home maintenance visit from HomeTech USA (approximate retail value: $99). The prize does not include any repairs, replacement parts, or services beyond the standard Essential visit scope, and is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Prize visits must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of winner notification, subject to HomeTech USA's availability.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, using a randomized selection process. Winners will be selected on or around [DRAWING DATE].

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message (DM) and may also be announced in the comments of the giveaway post and/or in HomeTech USA's Instagram Story. Winners must respond to the notification DM within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this window, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Verification of Eligibility

Winners may be asked to confirm their home address falls within the eligible service area prior to receiving the prize. HomeTech USA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.

8. General Conditions

• HomeTech USA reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway, or these rules, at any time without prior notice.
• This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
• By entering, participants agree to release Instagram/Meta from any liability associated with this promotion.
• HomeTech USA is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected due to technical issues of any kind.
